Hosting a private swinger’s party can be a lot of fun. With a private party you can choose who you want to invite and the types of activities that you will allow. If you plan on hosting a swinger’s party in your own home, you should do some basic prep work beforehand.

Bedrooms

You want to have a few rooms set up for different types of play activity. You can designate a larger bedroom as an open playroom. This will be a good place for several couples to get together and play or watch each other. You should have a couple areas set aside for private play as well. This way couples who don’t want to be watched or participate openly with others will have a place to go. If you have fetishists attending, having a fetish room set up isn’t a bad idea either.

Bathrooms

You want to be sure you have bathrooms that are open at all times. You may want to designate one as a ‘sex free’ zone. This way, people can go in and lock the door behind them to clean up or get ready. In the bathrooms you should have plenty of individual soaps, toothbrushes and paste, powders, and other items needed to clean up. Wet wipes are a good idea.

Extras

Other than setting up the rooms, you want to have plenty of other items available. Condoms and individual packets of lube in all rooms will be appreciated. You also want to have clean towels available in several areas. Set up some hampers for people to toss their dirty towels. A refreshments area is a good idea as well. This will give your guests an area to grab drinks and snacks, and socialize.
